The buyers couldn’t resist the view.

Selling agent Aladdin Hassen of The Agency Inner West couldn’t reveal the sale price, but sources believe that it sold around the $6.5 million price guide.

There were three really interested parties in the end, with confidence in the market higher than the end of last year and early months of 2019, Mr Hassen said.

“We have had quite a few big results and plenty of numbers through open homes,” he said.

On 942 sqm of land, the home is in original condition but has direct access to the water. There are DA approved plans already in place for a three-level residence, but is believed the new owners will look at getting their own DA and new plans approved.
